It seems we have a decrease of delivery/sent ratio after a recent updates. We’re enabling a messaging uniqeness check by subscriber token again to track if it really affects the overall delivery rate in the way we think it does.
We’re going to observe the delivery rate for a next couple of days and decide what we need to do next.
