A fix for segment related events which speeds up the processing time. Especially relevant for subscribtion events that were put into a processing queue immediately after the event was received (grouped by the total amount of such events which turned out to be inefficient).
A new approach was made that keeps affected channels in memory and then goes through them after a certain period of time.
Update was wrapped in a hotfix and deployed for directory-segments-observer
