Content insights for poly campaigns: statistics are now requested for all PolyMap pools (pool_ids), each response row carries pool_id, and applying a Favorite pool updates the pool-rotating PolyMap rows as well. Rollout order: statistics → manager (strict validation). Verified on campaign 37948: 1350 examples / 3 pools (previously 400 / 1 pool).
