Description
A feature is all about keeping relevant data about subscribers distribution across different firebase accounts we have in the system.
Used by the manager API to attach a next potential subscriber to the account with the least amount of subscribers. It also considers the diversity of all possible user groups to perform a balanced distribution with only accounts that belong to them.
