Description
Serves as an interface for checking the availability of a subscriber by a given identifier.
It could be either:
- online (active subscribers who is able to receive messages)
- offline (active subscribers who was excluded from the delivery process by our system due to an absence of delivery confirmation for a certain period of time)
- deactiated (inactive subscribers who is no longer able to receive messages)
