It seems like we have some performance issues with the manager service.
It is happening somewhere between 1.93.22.2 and 1.96.9.1.
The easiest way to find updates that could cause this is by consecutive deployment of the manager campaigns service with incremental version numbers.
A change in load average is so significant that it can be easily detected by just running top command on the server.
After a while…
The weird thing is happened though. The load average did not change this time.
Resolution
At the end there were nothing to be solved since the issue was not happening again any longer.
