testing offline package feature

I’ll write down some things that are worth remembering. They will be especially useful when it’s time to deploy the offline package feature.

Kafka topics updates

• message_responses topic should be partitioned by the amount of webpush-directory-subscribers-reach-detector pods
• offline package window should be configured to be 1 hour. it is better to start with smaller values at first while testing
